Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales – Inbound Executive to handle inbound customer inquiries, understand technical requirements, provide appropriate solutions and convert qualified leads into sales.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, IT Sales, Inbound Sales, Technical Support or a related field. Candidates must have practical knowledge of MSConfig, Netstat, Windows Events/Event Viewer and remote support tools, along with strong customer-handling and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, leads and customer inquiries related to technical products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT/technical solutions.
• Explain technical products, features and services clearly to customers.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during customer interactions.
• Use remote support tools for technical diagnosis and customer assistance.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Handle technical objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for complex issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations where required.
• Maintain customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales coordination.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working with remote support and troubleshooting tools.
