Roles & Responsibilities

Publisher Acquisition

• Contact potential website publishers through outbound calls.

• Introduce and explain the benefits of the ATM and Free Case platforms.

• Convince publishers to join and complete the onboarding process.

• Follow up with interested publishers until activation.

Publisher Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded publishers.

• Conduct regular mentoring and follow-up calls throughout the month.

• Guide publishers on improving their website performance and increasing advertising revenue.

• Encourage publishers to remain active and consistently grow their earnings.

Revenue Growth

• Monitor publisher performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue.

• Motivate publishers to optimize their traffic and ad placements.

• Share best practices and recommendations for better monetization.

Publisher Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for publisher queries.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.

• Provide prompt and ongoing support to ensure a positive publisher experience.

Payout Management

• Maintain publisher payout records.

• Verify earnings and ensure accurate monthly payout processing.

• Coordinate with the finance team to complete publisher payouts at the end of every month.

• Resolve any payout-related concerns raised by publishers.

Reporting

• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, onboarding status, and publisher activities.

• Update CRM with all publisher interactions.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
