Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Non-IT Recruitment, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across multiple industries. Candidates must have strong knowledge of US Tax Terms, Visa Types, Boolean Search, ATS/VMS, and LinkedIn sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, referrals, and internal databases.
• Recruit for Non-IT positions including Administrative, Clerical, Customer Service, HR, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Healthcare (Non-Clinical), and other professional roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/VMS platforms.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Stay updated with US recruitment trends, compliance, and hiring practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Good understanding of US Work Visas including H1B, Green Card, TN, OPT, CPT, and EAD.
• Experience working with ATS, VMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
