Job Description: AI Engineer / AI Developer Trainee

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site / Tech Hub)
Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers with strong project portfolios / Interns welcome)
Monthly Net Take-Home: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 Per Month
Annual CTC: ₹5,000,000 - ₹7,500,000 LPA (Gross CTC dependent on technical assessment)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 7–10 days notice period)

Job Overview

We are seeking a brilliant, highly motivated Associate AI Engineer to join our fast-paced development team in Bangalore. If you are a fresh graduate or have up to 1 year of experience with a deep passion for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI models, this is your chance to build scalable enterprise solutions from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

·         Write clean, testable, and efficient Python code to process large datasets and build data pipelines.

·         Fine-tune open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) and build production-ready prompt workflows.

·         Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI models into web applications and cloud infrastructure.

·         Run rigorous evaluations on model performance and optimize system latency.

Requirements

·         Experience: 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience (academic projects, hackathons, or internships count).

·         Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, along with foundational knowledge of libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn.

·         AI Knowledge: Solid understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, Computer Vision, or Frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow. HuggingFace experience is a huge plus.

·         Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

·         Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
