About Swank Productions

Swank Productions is a creative post-production company specializing in wedding album design, video editing, wedding post-production, and related creative services.

We are looking for a motivated and confident business development executive who can help us find new clients, generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and convert them into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Find potential clients such as wedding photographers, photography studios, cinematographers, and wedding professionals.
• Research leads through Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Contact potential clients through professional DMs, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Understand client requirements and explain our services.
• Follow up with interested and existing leads.
• Maintain proper lead and client records.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Help convert qualified leads into paying clients.

Daily Work & Target

As this is a work-from-home position, selected candidates will work with daily targets and activity tracking.

Typical daily activities may include:

• Researching potential clients
• Contacting targeted prospects
• Following up with previous leads
• Calling interested prospects
• Updating the lead tracking sheet
• Sharing a brief end-of-day work report

Daily targets may vary depending on lead quality and campaign requirements.

Remote Work & Daily Reporting

Selected candidates will be added to our official work communication group.

At the end of each working day, a short daily work report will be required, including

• New prospects researched
• Clients contacted
• Follow-ups completed
• Calls made
• Replies/enquiries received
• Interested/qualified leads
• Important client updates

A shared Google Sheet/Lead Tracker will also be maintained to track prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over phone calls
• Good WhatsApp and social media communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps
• Ability to find and approach potential clients
• Good follow-up and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently from home
• Previous Sales, business development, or Client Handling experience will be an advantage

Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.

Working Hours

Part-Time | Approximately 2–4 hours per day

Working hours can be flexible, but candidates must be available for client communication and scheduled calls when required.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
