Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retaining existing customers, reducing churn, increasing customer satisfaction, and maximizing customer lifetime value. The candidate should possess strong communication, relationship management, objection handling, and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers and address concerns proactively.
• Retain customers by offering suitable solutions, plans, and services.
• Handle cancellation requests and convert them into retention opportunities.
• Build strong relationships and improve customer loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
