Hiring: Field Sales Manager (Healthcare & Medical Devices) in Patna

Global Pioneer Services is actively hiring a Field Sales Manager (Healthcare) to drive medical product distribution across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers in Central Patna, Bihar.

💼 Key Duties

  • Establish relationships with Hospital Administrators, Head Doctors, and Procurement Managers.
  • Demonstrate healthcare equipment and medical diagnostic consumables.
  • Expand regional distributor networks across Patna and Bihar territories.

🎓 Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Pharma Sales, Medical Equipment, or Healthcare Field Business Development.
  • Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 P.A. + Allowances + Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
