Job Summary

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Full Stack Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of core software engineering experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a hybrid role designed for a seasoned technical expert who can drive architectural implementation, ensure robust engineering practices, and maintain hands-on development momentum.

The ideal candidate must bring comprehensive expertise in .NET 6+ (C#, Web API), enterprise frontend architecture using React 18+ with TypeScript, and cloud native deployments on Microsoft Azure. Crucially, we want a modern engineering leader who actively integrates AI engineering assistants (such as Factory, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor) into their day-to-day workflow to accelerate delivery velocity and enforce modern development standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Coding: Drive end-to-end full-stack engineering by designing and writing scalable backend services in .NET 6+ and rich, type-safe frontends using React 18+.
• Cloud Architecture & DevOps: Design, deploy, and maintain cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure utilizing App Services, Functions, APIM, Azure SQL, and Storage; configure automated pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Lead by example by seamlessly incorporating advanced generative AI coding tools (Factory, Copilot, Cursor) into daily development workflows.
• Software Excellence: Champion high-quality API design, structural integration patterns, comprehensive unit/integration testing, deep debugging, and rigorous application performance tuning.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to turn product

into robust, high-performance software.

Technical Skills Required

• Backend Stack: Extensive mastery in C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and core engineering principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture).
• Frontend Stack: Deep expertise in React 18+, TypeScript, state management systems, and single-page application performance optimization.
• Cloud Platform: Comprehensive practical experience with the Microsoft Azure Ecosystem (Serverless, Managed Databases, API Gateways, and Identity Management).
• AI Coding Assistants: Practical, proficient daily usage of tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Factory, or equivalent environments.
• Testing & Tools: Git, xUnit/NUnit, Jest, and deep familiarity with distributed version control and CI/CD strategies.

Qualifications & Preferences

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a matching technical domain.
• 10–12 years of core software development history with large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Exceptional technical documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be an Immediate Joiner ready to hit the ground running.
