Job Summary

We are actively seeking a highly technical, forward-thinking Technical Lead – Enterprise .NET Full Stack Development with 10 to 12 years of core development experience to join our engineering division in Pune. This hybrid role is designed for a seasoned professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between building highly scalable distributed backend enterprise systems and modern frontend execution.

The ideal candidate must bring deep expertise in .NET 6+ (C#, Web API), enterprise UI development using React 18+ with TypeScript, and cloud-native engineering on Microsoft Azure. Crucially, we are looking for a modern engineering leader who actively integrates AI engineering tools (such as Factory, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor) into their day-to-day workflow to drive maximum velocity, code quality, and technical efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead a high-performing full-stack engineering team, guiding them through technical design, software architecture, and product delivery.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Architect and write secure, high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET 6+ while building rich, type-safe frontends on React 18+.
• Cloud Architecture & DevOps: Design and deploy resilient cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure utilizing App Services, Functions, APIM, Azure SQL, and Storage; manage automated pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• AI-Assisted Development: Lead by example by seamlessly incorporating advanced generative AI software engineering assistants (Factory, Copilot, Cursor) into daily development lifecycles.
• Software Excellence: Champion high-quality API design, structural integration patterns, comprehensive unit/integration testing strategies, deep system debugging, and rigorous application performance tuning.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to align software architecture with business roadmaps.

Technical Skills Required

• Backend Frameworks: Extensive mastery in C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and core software engineering principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns).
• Frontend Frameworks: Strong proficiency in React 18+, TypeScript, performance optimization, and robust frontend state management systems (Redux/Context API).
• Cloud Platform: Comprehensive practical deployment history across the Microsoft Azure Ecosystem (Serverless architecture, Managed Databases, API Gateways).
• AI Coding Assistants: Practical, proficient daily usage of next-generation tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Factory, or equivalent environments.
• Testing & Tools: Git workflow architecture, continuous automation (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), and test automation frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest).

Qualifications & Preferences

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• 10–12 years of professional software engineering history with heavy enterprise-grade deployments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, technical mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be an Immediate Joiner capable of onboarding on short notice.
