Job Summary

We are actively seeking a visionary and technical Senior Solution Architect with 10 to 12 years of core development and system design experience to drive our engineering initiatives in Mumbai. This hybrid role is crafted for an industry veteran who can seamlessly translate complex business

requirements

into robust architectural frameworks while maintaining strong, hands-on development capabilities.

The ideal candidate must bring comprehensive expertise in .NET 6+ (C#, Web API), enterprise frontend architecture using React 18+ with TypeScript, and scalable cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure. Crucially, we want a modern architect who actively champions the day-to-day use of AI engineering tools (such as Factory, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor) to accelerate delivery velocity and enforce modern software practices.

Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Blueprint and deliver end-to-end cloud-native microservices architectures, ensuring resilience, scalability, and security across the enterprise.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Write clean, high-performance backend code in .NET 6+ and design decoupled, dynamic user interfaces using React 18+.
• Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Architect secure Azure deployments utilizing App Services, Functions, API Management, Azure SQL, and Storage; streamline CI/CD setups via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• AI-Driven Delivery: Lead by example by seamlessly incorporating advanced generative AI tools (Factory, Copilot, Cursor) into software engineering workflows.
• Software Excellence: Drive advanced API design, structural integration patterns, comprehensive unit/integration testing strategies, deep debugging, and rigorous system performance tuning.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and business units to align architecture with core organizational goals.

Technical Skills Required

• Backend Stack: Extensive mastery in C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, and design paradigms (SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD).
• Frontend Stack: Solid engineering background in React 18+, TypeScript, state management systems, and performance optimization.
• Cloud Platform: In-depth implementation knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Ecosystem (APIM, Serverless, Databases, Identity Management).
• AI Coding Assistants: Practical, expert-level daily usage of tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Factory, or equivalent environments.
• Testing & Tools: Git, xUnit/NUnit, Jest, and deep understanding of distributed telemetry and application logging.

Qualifications & Preferences

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a matching technical domain.
• 10–12 years of hands-on software development history, with at least 2–3 years in an architectural or high-level design role.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and technical mentoring skills.
• Must be an Immediate Joiner ready to onboard rapidly.
