Job Summary

Sodexo is hiring an experienced Site HR Executive for its operations in Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. Candidates from manufacturing, facility management, hospitality, or site HR operations are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and shift scheduling records.
• Support payroll processing and salary input coordination.
• Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy adherence.
• Coordinate employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee data.
• Support audits and compliance documentation.
• Work closely with site operations and management teams.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
