HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team. The selected candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, on-boarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, and scheduling interviews.

2. Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, conduct initial HR screening, follow up on interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records.

3. Support HR operations such as employee on-boarding, documentation, maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with other day-to-day HR activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good verbal and written English communication

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• Ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams

• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace is preferred

Additional Candidate Preferences:

• Female candidates are preferred.

• Candidates pursuing or having completed an MBA, preferably with an HR specialisation, are preferred.

• Candidates currently based in Bangalore are preferred.

Salary: ₹5,000–₹8,000 per month, based on performance and experience.
