You will partner with business managers to hire top talent and support employee engagement. Key Responsibilities • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open job vacancies across job portals, LinkedIn, and campus drives. • Coordinate interview schedules, conduct initial HR screenings, and negotiate compensation packages. • Manage complete new-hire onboarding, document verification, background checks, and offer letter generation. • Maintain employee personnel files, attendance records, leave tracking, and HR database systems. • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, and annual performance reviews. • Address employee queries regarding workplace policies, benefits, and statutory HR compliance. Required Skills and Qualifications • MBA in HR, BBA, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business Administration. • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, HR Executive, or Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal persuasion, and professional interview assessment skills. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Pagaar India), and MS Office. • High integrity, empathy, and ability to handle confidential personnel information with discretion.
