Hiring: Sales Executive (IT & Digital Solutions) in Anand, Gujarat

Four Sight IT Services is hiring an energetic Sales Executive to expand our web development, IT software, and digital marketing client base in Anand, Gujarat.

💼 Key Duties

  • Connect with local businesses, manufacturers, and retail brands in Anand and Vadodara for website development, ERP software, and digital services.
  • Conduct on-site business meetings, understand client requirements, and prepare customized service proposals.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and ensure timely customer onboarding.

🎓 Requirements

  • Experience: 0 to 2 Years in Field Sales, IT Sales, or Direct B2B Business Development.
  • Languages: Gujarati and Hindi (Fluent).
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Monthly + High Sales Commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new corporate and enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Deliver convincing product demonstrations tailored to prospective client needs.
  • Manage customer sales pipeline from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key business decision makers.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Graduate degree with specialization in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
  • Proven track record in direct sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation, pitching, and executive presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
