💼 Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B client acquisition across industrial bakeries, commercial food processing units, confectionery manufacturers, and top hospitality brands in Lucknow and adjoining UP territories.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Territory Business Development: Identify and onboard new commercial bakeries, food manufacturers, patisseries, and HoReCa clients across Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh.
• Product Demonstrations & Sampling: Pitch food flavors, specialized bakery improvers, toppings, food colors, and ingredient formulations to Head Chefs, Production Managers, and Purchase Heads.
• Key Account Management: Nurture relationships with high-volume buyers, track repeat ingredient purchase cycles, and negotiate bulk supply contracts.
• Sales Target & Pipeline Management: Achieve monthly revenue goals, prepare quotation proposals, and maintain detailed CRM client lead records.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, emerging flavor trends, and regional demand patterns to provide actionable market feedback.

🎓 Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc Food Tech, BBA, B.Com, Hotel Management / BHM preferred).
• Experience: 1+ years of proven B2B / Field Sales experience in Food Ingredients, Bakery, FMCG, or HoReCa sectors.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, client relationship building, local market route knowledge, and persuasive presentation skills.
• Mobility: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory for daily local client visits.

💰 Compensation & Perks

• Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 P.A. (Fixed Monthly Pay + High-Yield Deal Incentives + Travel Allowance / Fuel Reimbursement).
