Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives for an International Inbound Telecom Sales Process in Noida, Sector 3. The ideal candidate should have experience in inbound sales, telecom sales, or international BPO voice processes and possess excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom products/services.

• Convert inbound enquiries into successful sales.

• Explain plans, offers, pricing, and product benefits clearly.

• Handle customer objections and resolve sales-related queries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, telecom sales, or international BPO.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
