Roles and Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned individual sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the allocated region/segment.
• Reach out to potential customers via emails and in-person meetings.
• Remain adaptable to both tele-sales and field-sales modes, depending on business needs.
• Understand client needs and recommend solutions tailored to their business requirements.
• Prepare customized proposals and deliver impactful presentations to decision-makers.
• Maintain healthy and long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and trust building.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance with the company’s sales processes.
• Provide accurate updates on sales pipeline, daily calls, client meetings, and closures in reports/CRM.
• Gather competitor insights and market intelligence to help strengthen business strategies.
• Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients until successful onboarding.
• Perform any additional duties or tasks as assigned time to time.

• Prior experience in B2B sales, field sales preferred.
