Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.

• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.

• Explain tour packages, pricing, inclusions and exclusions clearly.

• Prepare and share quotations with customers.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into bookings.

• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and WhatsApp.

• Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and confirmations.

• Maintain daily records of calls, leads and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Hindi and English communication required; Marathi will be an advantage.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

• Experience in travel sales, telecalling or tourism will be an advantage.
