About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers who have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls.
• Explain services professionally to customers.
• Maintain proper call records and follow-ups.
• Build positive customer relationships.
• Achieve daily calling targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English is a plus).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
• Team player with a professional approach.
