the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and
self-motivated Sales Executives to join our dynamic BPO Night Shift
Sales Team. This is a great opportunity for fresher’s who are eager to
start a career in international sales, customer engagement, and business
development.
Key
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in
international markets.
- Present and promote products/services over the phone in
a clear and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions
to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups
effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer
details in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals set by the
management.
Skills
& Qualifications
- Fresher’s (any graduate/undergraduate can apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal
& written).
- Willingness to work in night shifts (USA shifts as
applicable).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling
preferred).
