Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities by reaching out to B2B prospects, understanding their requirements, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
• Explain our IT and Digital Marketing services professionally.
• Convince prospects and schedule appointments/meetings.
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and meeting booking targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead handover.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Websites, or IT Services will be an added advantage.
