Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Manager (Industrial Manufacturing) in Pune

A premier precision manufacturing enterprise is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our manufacturing plant in Shindewadi, Pune, Maharashtra.

💼 Key Duties

  • Lead business development across automotive OEMs, heavy engineering, and industrial machinery clients in Pune, Bhosari, and Chakan industrial belts.
  • Analyze engineering drawings, prepare cost estimates and commercial tenders, and negotiate long-term supply agreements.
  • Drive annual revenue growth targets and manage key manufacturing client accounts.

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production) or MBA (Marketing/Operations).
  • Experience: 3 to 7 Years in Industrial B2B Sales, OEM Client Acquisition, or Precision Engineering.
  • Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,50,000 P.A. + Performance Bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new corporate and enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Deliver convincing product demonstrations tailored to prospective client needs.
  • Manage customer sales pipeline from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key business decision makers.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Graduate degree with specialization in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
  • Proven track record in direct sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation, pitching, and executive presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
