Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹75,000 per month (₹6.0 - ₹9.0 LPA)

Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing corporate professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our corporate leadership and operations track. In this role, you will work closely with executive stakeholders to streamline corporate strategy, manage high-priority business operations, lead cross-functional project teams, and drive organizational efficiency across our Gurgaon hub.

Key Responsibilities

·         Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations and corporate workflows.

·         Lead and mentor mid-sized cross-functional teams to meet performance benchmarks.

·         Assist executive leadership in planning, executing, and tracking high-priority corporate initiatives.

·         Analyze operational data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present strategic reports.

·         Manage high-stakes corporate communication, stakeholder relationships, and resource allocation.

·         Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.

Required Skills

·         Proven track record in corporate operations management, team leadership, or strategic planning.

·         Superior stakeholder management, negotiation, and corporate presentation skills.

·         Strong command over data analytics, financial reporting tools, and project management platforms.

·         Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.

·         Exceptional verbal and written business communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Corporate Management, or a related field.

·         3 to 5 years of stable, verifiable experience in a fast-paced corporate or management consulting environment.

·         Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly preferred.
