Industry / Category: Customer Support & BPO Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: On-site / Standard Workplace Job Overview SHREE SWAMI SHANKAR SERVICES is seeking an articulate and courteous CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE to deliver first-class customer communication and query resolution for our operations in Nana Peth ,Camp, Pune, Maharashtra. You will assist customers with product information, resolve service concerns, maintain client satisfaction, and uphold our brand reputation. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via voice calls, email, or chat in a polite, professional manner. • Understand customer inquiries, identify root issues, and provide timely, accurate solutions aligned with company policies. • Log detailed interaction summaries, customer requests, and support tickets in the CRM ticketing software. • Follow up with internal departments to ensure complete resolution of escalated customer grievances. • Achieve key operational KPIs including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and CSAT scores. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing plans, service policies, and standard operating procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications • 12th Pass, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. • Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages with clear diction and active listening skills. • Basic computer literacy, comfortable typing speed, and familiarity with CRM portals. • Customer-first attitude with the patience to manage difficult or dissatisfied callers tactfully. • Ability to multitask, navigate multiple software tabs, and document call notes concurrently. Preferred Candidate Profile • Prior experience in domestic or international BPO, call center, or customer service processes is an asset. • Candidates seeking a long-term, stable customer care career with immediate joining availability.
