HR Executive

We are seeking a 2 years of experienced and motivated members to join our HR & Admin team. The candidate will play a key role in HR Executive. This role requires a thorough understanding of the hiring process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage top candidates who will contribute to our company’s success.

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely acquisition of qualified candidates

Employee Onboarding and Off boarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

Manage off boarding activities, such as exit interviews and separation procedures, to ensure a positive and professional experience for departing employees

1. You should be willing to join at Shindewadi

2. Their weekly off is on Thursday

3. Immediate joiner would be preferred

4. Should be willing to join hard/networking/recycling of metal industry
