📋 Job Overview

We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Professionals for our high-performing Inbound Printer Subscription sales team. You will handle warm inbound queries from customers looking to subscribe to printer ink, toner, and hardware bundles. Your primary role is to consult with prospects, understand their printing needs, recommend the ideal subscription tier, and close the sale.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

·         Handle Inbound Queries: Respond to incoming calls, chats, and web leads from potential customers interested in printer subscription plans.

·         Consultative Selling: Understand customer print volumes to recommend the most cost-effective page tiers and subscription packages.

·         Overcome Objections: Address customer doubts regarding subscription terms, automated cartridge delivery, and rolling contracts.

·         Achieve Targets: Consistently meet daily talk-time metrics and monthly sales conversion targets.

·         CRM Documentation: Maintain accurate and clean records of all customer interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM.

Requirements

·         Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound sales, international BPO, telesales, or subscription-based sales models.

·         Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with active listening abilities.

·         Sales Acumen: Proven track record of handling objections and driving closures over the phone.

·         Location Flexibility: Ability to commute daily to our office near Huda City Centre, Gurgaon.

·         Availability: Ready to join immediately.
