Job Summary

We are actively hiring a dynamic and communication-driven International Voice Support Executive with 1+ years of experience to join our international BPO division in Jaipur. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for global customers, handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving queries, and managing accounts or service requests.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional verbal English communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Prior experience in an international voice process or handling US/UK clients is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing billing, service, account, or troubleshooting queries.
• Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide accurate, prompt solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Process Adherence: Follow operational scripts, compliance guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs) tailored for the international process.
• Data Management: Accurately update customer details, logs, and interaction records in the CRM database during and after calls.
• Escalation Handling: Efficiently route complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal technical or management tiers.

Requirements & Skills

• Language Proficiency: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills with neutral accent patterns.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of core experience in an international BPO voice process (Tech Support, Customer Service, or Sales).
• Flexibility: Comfortable working dedicated night shifts to align with global time zones.
• Core Competencies: Strong active listening, empathy, customer retention capabilities, and high emotional intelligence.
• Technical Comfort: Basic computer navigation skills, fast typing speed, and familiarity with CRM software.
