Job Description

Serve and pack sweets, snacks, and gift boxes.

Assist customers in selecting products.

Handle billing, cash, and digital payments.

Maintain an attractive and organized display of mithai.

Check product freshness and quality regularly.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter.

Refill products and monitor stock levels.

Inform the supervisor about low inventory.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Ensure accurate weighing and packing of products.

Support the team during busy hours and festive seasons.
Good knowledge of Indian sweets, snacks, and their varieties.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to pack sweets neatly and attractively.

Basic knowledge of billing, POS systems, and cash handling.

Experience in handling UPI, card, and cash payments.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Ability to maintain an attractive product display.

Stock checking and inventory management skills.

Attention to detail while weighing and packing products.

Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork and coordination with colleagues.

Honest, responsible, and punctual in daily work.

Basic math skills for billing and calculations.

Problem-solving skills to handle customer queries politely.

Willingness to learn new products and company procedures.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new corporate and enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Deliver convincing product demonstrations tailored to prospective client needs.
  • Manage customer sales pipeline from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key business decision makers.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Graduate degree with specialization in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
  • Proven track record in direct sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation, pitching, and executive presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
