The candidate will take customer orders, serve delicious quality items, maintain pristine counter cleanliness, and deliver a welcoming customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Greet visiting patrons warmly, present menus, take accurate orders, and provide prompt service. • Prepare, assemble, and hygienically serve authentic chaat, pani puri, snacks, and sweet confectionery items. • Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols across the counter, display units, and prep areas. • Operate POS billing machines or assist with cash and UPI digital payment collections accurately. • Monitor daily stock levels of ingredients, food items, packaging containers, and restock promptly. • Handle customer feedback politely and escalate any quality or operational concerns to the store manager. Required Skills and Qualifications • 10th pass / 12th pass; enthusiastic freshers with an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply. • Prior experience in retail sweets shops, quick service restaurants (QSR), or food counters is a plus. • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or English for pleasant customer interaction. • High standards of personal grooming, cleanliness, and food handling hygiene. • Ability to work briskly and maintain composure during evening and weekend customer rush hours.
