Recruitment Support – Telecaller & DEO

Yuvashakti Foundation is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Recruitment Support Executive to support recruitment operations through telecalling, candidate follow-ups, data entry, MIS management, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Call candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules, conduct initial screening, collect candidate details, and follow up for interviews, selection, joining, and documentation. Maintain accurate candidate records and update daily calling reports, interview status, joining data, and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with recruitment teams, training centers, colleges, and candidates. Support bulk hiring and apprenticeship recruitment drives while ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient data reporting and regular team coordination.

Eligibility: Graduate preferred; Diploma or 12th-pass candidates with relevant skills may apply. Freshers are welcome.
