• Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Banking / Telecom / Real Estate / Retail Sales will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and manage insurance advisors
• Generate business through advisor network
• Motivate and train advisors for sales performance
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Conduct field activities and team meetings

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new corporate and enterprise sales opportunities.
- Deliver convincing product demonstrations tailored to prospective client needs.
- Manage customer sales pipeline from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key business decision makers.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate degree with specialization in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
- Proven track record in direct sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, pitching, and executive presentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
- Familiarity with cloud architectures.
- Open source contributions.
