Job Summary

We are actively seeking a highly technical, forward-thinking Technical Architect / Engineering Lead (.NET Full Stack) with 10 to 12 years of core development experience to join our team in Chennai. This is a hybrid role designed for a seasoned professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between robust system design and modern frontend execution.

The ideal candidate must bring deep expertise in .NET 6+ (C#, Web API), enterprise UI development using React 18+ with TypeScript, and cloud native engineering on Microsoft Azure. Crucially, we are looking for a modern developer who leverages AI engineering tools (like Factory, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor) as part of their day-to-day coding workflow to drive maximum velocity and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Engineering: Architect, design, and code scalable, high-throughput backend services using .NET 6+ and rich, type-safe frontends using React 18+.
• Cloud Architecture: Design and deploy secure cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing App Service, Functions, APIM, Azure SQL, and Storage.
• AI-Assisted Development: Seamlessly integrate AI engineering assistants (Factory, Copilot, Cursor) into the daily software lifecycle to optimize development processes.
• API & System Integration: Champion robust API designs, structural integration patterns, and microservices connectivity.
• Performance & Quality: Drive advanced performance tuning, debugging, system diagnostics, and comprehensive testing strategies (both unit and integration tests).
• DevOps Ownership: Setup and optimize cloud deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Technical Skills Required

• Backend Stack: Deep expertise in C#, .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, and design principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture).
• Frontend Stack: Mastery in React 18+, TypeScript, modern state management, and building high-performance single-page applications.
• Cloud Platform: Comprehensive practical experience with Azure Ecosystem (App Services, Serverless Functions, API Management, Azure SQL, Blob Storage).
• AI Coding Assistants: Practical, everyday usage of tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Factory, or similar generative AI software engineering tools.
• CI/CD & Testing: Robust knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions, and test frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest).

Qualifications & Attributes

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science or a matching technical discipline.
• 10–12 years of hands-on software development history with enterprise-grade deployments.
• Exceptional technical documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be an Immediate Joiner ready to hit the ground running.
