Job Summary

We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Technical Lead (.NET Full Stack) with 9+ years of experience to lead our engineering team in Noida. In this role, you will architect, design, and drive the development of scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in backend systems using .NET Core, frontend engineering using React.js, and extensive experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure. As a Lead, you will balance core development tasks with architectural decisions, code reviews, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead a high-performing engineering team, driving technical design, system architecture, and product delivery.
• Backend Architecture: Architect and develop secure, high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET Core and C#.
• Frontend Engineering: Guide the design of rich, highly interactive user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Design and implement cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure, utilizing App Services, Azure Functions, SQL Database, Key Vault, and Service Bus.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce clean coding practices (SOLID principles, design patterns), conduct rigid code reviews, and implement automated testing.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Establish and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for seamless deployment.

Technical Requirements

• Backend Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and microservices architecture.
• Frontend Frameworks: Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, state management (Redux/Context API), and responsive web UI.
• Cloud Platform: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, serverless computing, and cloud architecture.
• Database & ORM: Deep knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, performance tuning, and NoSQL databases.
• Tools & Testing: Strong knowledge of Git, Unit Testing (xUnit/NUnit/Jest), and Azure DevOps pipelines.

Qualifications & Preferences

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership or mentoring role.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and client-facing skills.
