We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers, explaining stock market-related tips and subscription services, and converting interested customers into paid subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain stock market tips, services, and subscription plans clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans.

• Convince interested customers and convert leads into paid subscriptions.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

• Build positive customer relationships through professional and effective communication.

• Handle customer queries and objections confidently.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.

• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales is required.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of finance and the stock market.

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
