Job Description

We are hiring Travel Sales Executives for an International Inbound Ticketing Process in Noida, Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have experience in travel sales, ticketing, international BPO, or a similar customer-facing role. Candidates with excellent English communication and strong sales skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.

• Assist customers with flight bookings, ticketing, and travel-related queries.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.

• Convert customer enquiries into successful bookings and sales.

• Explain fares, schedules, policies, and available offers.

• Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, ticketing, international BPO, or a related field.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of flight ticketing and travel processes is preferred.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Comfortable handling international customers.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
