Job Summary

We are hiring Business Analysts for our International BPO Operations. Freshers with excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as experienced professionals, are encouraged to apply. The role involves analyzing business data, preparing reports, identifying process improvements, monitoring KPIs, supporting operations, and collaborating with internal teams to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Identify business trends and process improvement opportunities.
• Support operations with data-driven insights.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Work with Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and productivity metrics.
• Assist management in business planning and decision-making.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
• SQL or Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
