Industry: 3PL Logistics | Warehousing | Supply Chain Technology
Experience: 1+ year in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably complex & high-ticket sales
Employment: Full-Time

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Generate and qualify high-quality B2B/enterprise leads.
• Drive outbound sales through cold calling, email, LinkedIn & industry events.
• Engage with C-level executives, Supply Chain Heads & Logistics leaders.
• Understand client requirements, pain points, warehouse needs, order volumes and technology requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Track market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of proven B2B Sales / Business Development experience.
• Experience with complex sales cycles, consultative selling & high-ticket closures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce or a related field.
• Strict no-gap requirement across education and employment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers.
