We are looking for experienced Cluster Managers to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, team performance, and business growth across our operations.

We operate technology-enabled electric fleets for corporate transportation and business travel, with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer experience, fleet efficiency, and sustainability. We work closely with corporate clients to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient mobility, bringing together people, technology, and operational excellence to build the future of urban mobility.

Experience: 7 - 10 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with clients and establish an effective operational review mechanism.
- Ensure client roster details are uploaded and allocation-ready in the Lithium system.
- Act as the second-level escalation point of contact for customers.
- Manage Site Manager leave planning and coverage.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction within defined timelines.
- Execute planned driver engagement activities alongside the Engagement Team.
- Build and maintain a positive work environment for Supervisors and drivers.
- Develop career progression plans for drivers, Supervisors, and Site Managers, in line with Lithium’s career framework.
- Track competitor activity and shape strategies to grow transport allocation share.
- Ensure fleet maintenance runs smoothly without disrupting operations.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly MIS reports with clients, and participate in periodic reviews.
- Manage vehicle breakdowns and arrange alternate transportation to keep employee transport uninterrupted.
- Coordinate with Lithium's liaison officer on accident cases to enable faster vehicle release.
- Drive operational efficiency while optimising costs.

- Strong planning and organizational skills, working closely with central functions like HR and Asset Maintenance.
- Clear understanding of revenue and cost implications.
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new tech initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with organizational rules and procedures across the fleet team
