Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates (CSA) and Customer Support Executives (CSE) for our International BPO Night Shift Process. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you will assist international customers by resolving account-related queries, basic technical issues, billing concerns, service requests, and product-related inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer account queries and service-related issues.
• Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting and product guidance.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, subscriptions, and billing.
• Escalate complex technical or service issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets.
• Follow company policies, quality guidelines, and data security procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Discipline).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
