Job Overview

We are looking for creative, analytical, and highly enthusiastic Freshers to join our growth marketing team in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. If you have a passion for social media, search engines, content creation, and online brand building, this entry-level role is the perfect way to break into the industry.

This is a full-time, on-site role. We are looking for Immediate Joiners who are eager to learn, experiment, and run high-impact online campaigns.

Job Details

·         Experience: Fresher’s (0–1 year) / Internship experience is a plus

·         Job Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (On-site)

·         Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 7 days’ notice)

·         Salary (Monthly): ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

·         Salary (CTC): ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,20,000 per annum (Based on digital marketing knowledge and evaluation)

Key Responsibilities

·         Social Media Management: Assist in managing brand handles across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube; schedule posts and engage with the community.

·         SEO & Content Support: Execute basic on-page and off-page SEO tasks, conduct keyword research, and write engaging copy for blogs and social captions.

·         Paid Campaigns: Help set up, monitor, and optimize basic ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

·         Email Marketing: Design, draft, and dispatch weekly newsletter campaigns using automated email marketing tools.

·         Analytics & Reporting: Track website traffic and campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and present weekly insights to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Education: Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Computer Science. A certified course in Digital Marketing is highly preferred.

·         Basic Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Algorithms, and Social Media trends.

·         Creative Skills: Basic hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and video editing apps is a major advantage.

·         Soft Skills: Excellent written English skills, creative thinking, and a data-driven mindset.
