FINANCIAL PACKAGE & COMPENSATION STRATEGY
· Monthly Net Take-Home: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (Based on technical assessment performance)
· Annualized CTC Structural Breakdown:
o Minimum Scale: ₹1,95,000 Gross CTC per annum (Entry-level Freshers)
o Maximum Scale: ₹3,20,000 Gross CTC per annum (Experienced/Advanced Skillsets)
o Includes: Basic pay, performance-linked academic bonuses, statutory benefits, and annual appraisal pools.

· Quality Review: Fact-check educational manuscripts and rigorously proofread subject matter for structural correctness.
Stream B: Subject Matter Tutors
· Instructional Delivery: Lead interactive conceptual learning sessions for student batches.
· Doubt Resolution: Provide prompt, step-by-step clarity on complex problem statements.
· Progress Tracking: Design weekly evaluation tests and map real-time performance analytics for students.
ELIGIBILITY BENCHMARKS
