TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE: INDUSTRIAL APPRENTICE & ITI TECHNICIAN

1. SPECIFICATIONS SHEET

·         Work Location: Chakan Industrial Area, Pune (On-site / Factory Floor)

·         Target Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year) / NCVT or SCVT pass outs

·         Compensation Structure (CTC): ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum

·         Net Monthly Take-Home: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

·         Onboarding Window: Immediate Joiners only (Must be ready to report to the plant within 3–5 days)

2. FUNCTIONAL SCOPE BY TRADE

We are expanding our industrial production lines and are recruiting fresh ITI candidates across the following specializations:

·         Fitter / Turner / Machinist: Assembly of heavy mechanical components, operating manual lathe/shaping machines, and reading blueprint layouts.

·         Welder: Executing MIG, TIG, or Arc welding tasks based on structural engineering drawings and maintaining dimensional accuracy.

·         Electrician: Laying out industrial wiring, troubleshooting control panels, and assisting in the preventive maintenance of plant machinery.

·         CNC / VMC Operator: Setting up tools, loading workpieces, and monitoring automated production cycles for precision components.

·          

3. EXPECTED FLOOR COMPLIANCE

·         Execute daily production targets assigned by the Line Supervisor with minimal material wastage.

·         Conduct regular quality check measurements using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

·         Adhere strictly to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) mandates and plant safety protocols.

·         Assist in maintaining machine hygiene and cleaning workspaces under 5S standards.

·          

4. TECHNICAL ELIGIBILITY

·         Education: ITI Pass certificate from an NCVT or SCVT recognized institute.

·         Eligible Trades: Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Machinist, Turner, Diesel Mechanic, or CNC Operator.

·         Skill Sets: Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings and handle standard industrial hand tools safely.

·         Operational Readiness: Comfort working in a high-volume manufacturing plant across rotational day and night shifts.
