Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Freshers to join our corporate finance team in Yerwada, Pune. If you are a recent commerce or finance graduate with strong mathematical acumen and a thorough understanding of accounting principles, this role offers an exceptional foundation for your career.

This is a full-time, on-site position. We require Immediate Joiners who can quickly adapt to our accounting workflows and maintain financial precision.

Job Details

·         Experience: Freshers (0–1 year) / Internship experience in accounting is a plus

·         Job Location: Yerwada, Pune (On-site)

·         Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Max 7 days notice)

·         Salary (Monthly): ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month

·         Salary (CTC): ₹3,60,000 to ₹4,80,000 per annum (Based on technical evaluation and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

·         Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain daily records of financial transactions, vouchers, and ledger entries accurately in accounting software.

·         Invoice Processing: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, verifying supplier invoices and processing customer billing.

·         Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliation statements to ensure ledger balances match bank statements.

·         Taxation Support: Assist senior accountants in gathering data for GST filing, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances.

·         Financial Reporting: Help compile monthly financial statements, expense reports, and balance sheet documentation for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance / MBA in Finance or equivalent accounting degree.

·         Software Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), or Zoho Books.

·         Technical Concepts: Strong clarity on Golden Rules of Accounting, journal entries, ledger balancing, and taxation basics.

·         Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical ability, integrity, and clear corporate communication skills.
