POSITION SUMMARY

A premier manufacturing plant in Pimpri, Pune is seeking high-energy, technically sound Fresher’s to join our production and design facilities. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will undergo rigorous on-the-floor training spanning production lines, quality control mechanisms, and industrial workflow optimizations.

This role demands a high level of technical curiosity and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. We are strictly looking for Immediate Joiners to synchronize with our upcoming quarterly manufacturing batch.

COMPENSATION & TIMELINE

·         Annual CTC: ₹4,20,000 to ₹5,40,000 per annum

·         Monthly Take-Home: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month

·         Experience Bracket: Freshers (0–1 Year)

·         Location: Pimpri Chinchwad Industrial Area, Pune (On-site)

·         Joining Requirement: Immediate (Within 7 days of selection)

CORE PERFORMANCE AREAS

1.    Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks on the production floor and implement industrial engineering frameworks to maximize machine efficiency and output.

2.    Quality Assurance: Execute routine inspections, quality audits, and root cause analysis (RCA) on components to minimize defect rates.

3.    Design Assistance: Collaborate with the R&D division to update CAD blueprints, engineering drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).

4.    Maintenance Logistics: Support senior engineers in executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for heavy machinery.

5.    Safety Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines aligned with industrial plant regulations.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

·         Academic Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Technology.

·         Core Blueprints: Strong conceptual understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, CAD/CAM, and lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen).

·         Software Tooling: Fundamental knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA is highly preferred.

·         Physical Aptitude: Comfortable working in a dynamic factory environment and operating in rotational shifts if required.
