COMPANY BRIEF & ROLE INTENT
An established logistics infrastructure hub in Chinchwad, Pune is currently recruiting proactive and highly organized Freshers to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. This operational role focuses heavily on inventory integrity, physical stock verification, and dispatch coordination.
We require resilient individuals who can handle fast-moving inventory environments. This intake is specifically designated for Immediate Joiners capable of onboarding instantly.
OFFER STRUCTURE
· Job Location: Chinchwad Industrial Zone, Pune (On-site / Plant)
· Experience Required: Freshers Only (0–1 year)
· Monthly Take-Home: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
· Annualized CTC: ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum (Based on screening and interview rounds)
· Notice Period: Immediate Joiners (Maximum 3 to 5 days)
OPERATIONAL TASKS & MANDATES
· Inward & Outward Tracking: Supervise the physical loading, unloading, and alignment of incoming raw materials and outgoing consignments.
· Stock Inventory Audits: Execute daily physical stock verifications against software ledger logs to eliminate inventory shrinkage.
· Dispatch Coordination: Generate accurate delivery challans, gate passes, and commercial invoices to facilitate smooth vehicle dispatch.
· Space Optimization: Organize storage bays, racks, and aisles systematically using standard warehouse safety rules.
· Vendor & Driver Liaison: Coordinate directly with local transport providers, courier partners, and truck drivers to monitor transit timelines.
COMPETENCIES & EDUCATION
· Minimum Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc) or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management.
· Mathematical Aptitude: Strong mental calculation skills and mandatory proficiency in basic MS Excel (Data entry, sums, sorting).
· Language Proficiency: Comfortable speaking and understanding Marathi and Hindi for seamless coordination with on-floor staff; basic English reading skills for invoices.
· Physical Fitness: Capability to stand for extended periods, supervise active loading docks, and adapt to industrial floor layouts.
