Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Inbound Sales Executives for an International Music Subscription Sales Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and experience in inbound sales, subscription sales, international BPO, telesales, or customer acquisition. The role involves assisting customers, recommending suitable music subscription plans, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

·         Handle inbound calls from international customers interested in music subscription services.

·         Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans.

·         Explain subscription features, pricing, benefits, and promotional offers.

·         Convert inquiries into successful sales and maximize revenue generation.

·         Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·         Upsell and cross-sell premium subscription plans and value-added services.

·         Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.

·         Deliver exceptional customer service and customer experience.

·         Follow company sales processes and quality standards.

·         Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention.

Required Skills

·         Excellent English communication skills.

·         Strong sales and customer handling abilities.

·         Experience in Inbound Sales, Subscription Sales, International BPO, Telesales, or Customer Service Sales.

·         Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Eligibility

·         Graduate / Undergraduate.

·         Experience: 1 to 3 years in International Sales, Subscription Sales, Inbound Sales, Telesales, Voice Process, Customer Service Sales, or BPO Sales.

·         Female candidates preferred.
