Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Executives for the American Express Credit Card Sales Process in Noida. Candidates should possess excellent communication and convincing skills with experience in credit card sales, international sales, telesales, or outbound sales processes. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting American Express credit card products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell American Express Credit Card products to customers.
• Handle outbound and inbound customer interactions professionally.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and documentation.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in Credit Card Sales, Banking Sales, Telesales, or International BPO Sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Good computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Credit Card Sales, Banking Sales, Telesales, International BPO Sales, or Financial Product Sales.
• Female candidates preferred.
