Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Female Sales Executives for the Chase Bank Business Loan Sales Process in Noida. The candidate should have excellent communication, sales, and customer handling skills with experience in business loan sales, banking sales, financial product sales, international BPO, or telesales processes. The role involves connecting with business customers, understanding their financing requirements, and promoting suitable business loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell business loan products to prospective customers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Handle outbound and inbound customer interactions professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Follow up with customers for documentation and application completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and customer onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Experience in Business Loan Sales, Banking Sales, Financial Product Sales, International Sales, or Telesales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Good computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Business Loan Sales, Banking Sales, Financial Services Sales, Telesales, International BPO Sales, or Loan Processing.
• Female candidates preferred.
