Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our International BPO Night Shift. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, employee engagement, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR administration.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with prior experience in HR operations within an International BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for International BPO employees.
• Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the payroll team.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Generate HR MIS reports and maintain HR dashboards.
• Coordinate background verification and document verification.
• Assist in HR audits and policy implementation.
• Work closely with operations managers to fulfill hiring requirements.

Eligibility

• Graduate or MBA (HR) preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR Operations experience.
• Experience in an International BPO or ITES environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and payroll coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
• Comfortable working in the Night Shift.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
