Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Technical Sales Executives for our International BPO Inbound Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, understanding their technical requirements, and recommending suitable subscription-based technical support solutions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, international voice process experience, and a strong ability to convert customer inquiries into successful sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
• Understand customer technical issues and recommend suitable subscription plans.
• Sell technical support services for software, computer security, printer support, email support, antivirus solutions, and related IT services.
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional support plans and software subscriptions.
• Build customer trust through consultative selling.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM accurately.
• Follow company sales processes and quality standards.
• Resolve customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with technical support teams whenever required.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in International BPO, Technical Sales, Inbound Sales, Technical Support Sales, or IT Sales.

• Experience in international voice process is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer handling skills.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
